Nuestro Comienzo

In 2022, Vanessa, a chef with over a decade of experience as an F&B manager at MVW Resorts and a proud native of Peru, launched her culinary venture—a Mexican-Peruvian fusion food truck named No Manches! Embracing her dream along with her family, Vanessa set out to craft fresh, homemade dishes that blend the quintessential flavors of Mexican and Peruvian cuisine, while incorporating elements from various Latin food traditions and passed down family recipes. Her journey took her across Southwest Florida (SWFL), serving up her unique fusion cuisine in cities including Naples, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers.
